Television talk show host Adam Kokesh is a decorated veteran for his exploits in Iraq and is also identified as an anti-war activist. Along with several others, he participated in a flash mob at Jefferson Memorial back in 2011 in celebration of the first amendment, which is focused on the freedom of expression and having the right to a peaceful assembly.
However, DC cops rained on their parade when the officers asked them to stop dancing around the memorial. When they continued to freely express themselves, the police were accused of excessive use of force after arresting them by slamming him on the ground and choking him in the process.
